• Fire Place: chimney

• Exterior: siding, porches, eaves, sidewalks

• Driveways: railings

• Interior: walls, floors, ceilings, doors, stairs, windows, railings

• Electrical: panel, breakers, fuses

• Heating and A/C: equipment

• Insulation: crawlspace, attic

• Plumbing: pipes, drains, water heater, sewer pump

• Structural: framework, footings
